Requirements

The DocSecBox runs entirely in the browser. You do not need to install anything.

What you need

  • A current browser. Internet Explorer is not supported.
  • A user account. It is created by your administrator.
  • Access to your email inbox. The DocSecBox sends the link for setting your password there, and later notices about new files.
  • The address of your DocSecBox. It is in the email about your account.
  • An authenticator app on your smartphone, if your company requires two-factor authentication.

Devices

You can use the DocSecBox on a computer, a tablet and a smartphone. On narrow screens the interface is arranged differently, see On a smartphone.

Good to know

  • The online documentation opens in a new browser tab. If your browser blocks this, allow pop-ups for the address of your DocSecBox.
  • Bookmark the address of your DocSecBox. That way you can find the login page again quickly.
